Stage 1 of the design and build project will involve financial commitment from you as a client. Studland Homes take the design from your vision to carrying out all the appropriate surveys and planning drawings both architecturally and structurally to be submitted for planning. Studland Homes will take you through the whole process and coordinate the design team through to and including submission of your planning applications. We will be able to offer realistic budget costs for the build at this stage.

Stage 2, once planning is in place, we can then start the detailed design to make sure your vision can become a reality, we take the project through detailed architectural design, M&E design and specification, Interior design, and specification all the way to soft and hard landscaping. Full visuals can be created so realistic computer-generated images can be inspected and give you a true picture of what you will have delivered once your build is complete.

Once design has been completed, we will be able to offer you a confirmed cost to deliver your new property, we take care of everything as a turnkey solution down to the finest detail even going as deep as furniture and crockery if you so wish.
