Do we offer a free no obligation quote? Yes! If all drawings and designs are provided by yourself. If you require our design and engineering team then a fee will be quoted for the work.

What area do you Cover? Yorkshire mainly, but we will look at every scheme individually. We are happy to cover a wider area if required.

Do I get a warranty? Yes! Studland Homes provide a 12-month defect warranty on any work undertaken together with any manufacturing warranty. We can also arrange and supply an insurance backed 10-year building warranty if requested.

How are payments Managed? We can generally work with the client on this aspect. Generally, we would do valuations either every 2 weeks or monthly. This means you are only paying for works undertaken at the time of the valuation. We would ask for any specialist orders that require deposits to be paid upfront. How long are quotations valid for? This is usually 3 months but in the current uncertain market this may change from quote to quote. Please ask for more information.

Who manages the project? Depending on the size of the project will mean whether a dedicated manager or working foreman will be present on the scheme. All our workforce has the necessary qualifications and experience.
