Old School, Wakefield

Studland Homes have been appointed main contractor for this project. This will consist of the demolition, strip out, new build and full modernization of a 200-year-old building. The building is to be stripped fully back to the original stonework and thermally upgraded, new Mechanical & Electrical package, underfloor heating, polished concrete ground floor, air-source heat pumps and new mezzanine floor areas. The build will take a tired building into the modern era. Studland Homes have now been instructed to build the new garage and landscaped external areas.
